Towing Service:
In case of a breakdown or an accident IEM MG Motor UAE will
tow your vehicle to the nearest approved garage within UAE.
Battery Boost Service:
If your vehicles battery fails, IEM MG Motor UAE will jump
start your vehicle which will enable you to carry on with your journey (No new
battery or replacement will be provided by IEM MG Motor UAE)
Emergency Fuel Service:
IEM MG Motor UAE will deliver the fuel directly to you in
case of emergency. The delivery is complimentary, while the cost of fuel will
be borne by you.
Flat Tyre Service:
IEM MG Motor UAE will change the flat tyre with your spare
tyre. If no spare tyre is available, IEM MG Motor UAE will tow your vehicle to
the nearest garage. (No new tyre or replacement will be provided by IEM MG
Motor UAE).
Pull Out Service:
IEM MG Motor UAE will Provide Pull Out Service maximum 10
meters from the road within the borders of UAE. (Conditions apply, 3 times a
year).
Lock out Service:
If the vehicle key is locked inside your car, IEM MG Motor
UAE will make an attempt to gain access to the key which will enable you to
carry on with your journey.
